The penthouse is located on the Laan van Meerdervoort, close to the Embassy area. At the opposite side of the street you will find nice restaurants and shops. The tram stop is nearby, traveltime to the city centre is 5 minutes and to central station is 10 minutes. Busses will bring you to seaside resort Scheveningen in 10 minutes.

				Low Season Price:	€205 per Day
				High Season Price:	€205 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
