This attractive two-storey apartment is located on a street where the queen has her office at the Noordeinde Palace.  
 
The first floor of the apartment features a living room with large windows, a dining room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a cozy terrace, a separate lavatory and washbasin.  
 
On the second floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom, extra storage place and washing and dry facilities located. The master bedroom, at the backside of the apartment, is located next to the bathroom, with bath, separate shower, washbasin and a lavatory. The second bedroom with is located at the street side.  
 
TV, DVD and wireless internet are available.

An area with a variety of restaurants, shops and galleries. Tram 17 takes you to Central Station within two minutes from the apartment. In The Hague you can find two seaside resorts: Scheveningen and Kijkduin.

				Low Season Price:	€150 per Day
				High Season Price:	€150 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
