The apartment features a living room with an open plan kitchen. From the living room you can enter the roof terrace. The two bedrooms are small and cosy, both with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. 
 
The living room has a sleeping sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for six persons.

The apartment is situated at the first floor of a renovated apartment building. The “Oude Noorden” is a trendy and upcoming neighbourhood right next to the city centre of Rotterdam. In the area are many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The grocery store, pharmacy, parking garage and tram stop are all right at your doorstep. The apartment location is within easy reach by car, close to the main roads. Public parking is still fairly cheap. Central station is located within 2 kilometers.

				Low Season Price:	€120 per Day
				High Season Price:	€160 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival.
