In the area are many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The grocery store, pharmacy, parking garage and tram stop are all right at your doorstep. The apartment location is within easy reach by car, close to the main roads. Public parking is still fairly cheap. Central station is located within 2 kilometers.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival.
