The apartment is situated at the second floor of a completely renovated apartment building. The apartment features a living room with French balcony and an open plan kitchen. The two bedrooms are small and cosy, both with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. 
 
The living room has a sleeping sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for six persons.

Welcoming bottle of wine with a little snack. Following products will be provided in the apartment: * Bed linen and towels * Coffee pads and tea * Coffee milk and sugar * Dishwasher tablets * Pepper and salt Free Wifi.

Located right next to the city centre of Rotterdam. In the area are many little cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The grocery store, pharmacy, parking garage and tram stop are all just right at your doorstep. The apartment location is within easy reach by car, close to the main roads. Public parking is still fairly cheap. Central station is located within 2 kilometers.

				Low Season Price:	€120 per Day
				High Season Price:	€160 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
