The apartment is situated at the third floor of a completely renovated apartment building. It takes three staircases to reach the entrance. The apartment features a living room with kitchen at the back. From the living room you can enter the roof terrace. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and big closets. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. 
 
The living room has a sleeping sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for four persons.

The “Oude Noorden” is a trendy and upcoming neighbourhood, right next to the city centre of Rotterdam. In the area are many little cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The grocery store, pharmacy, parking garage and tram stop are all just right at your doorstep. The apartment location is within easy reach by car, close to the main roads. Public parking is still fairly cheap. Central station is located within 2 kilometers.

				Low Season Price:	€100 per Day
				High Season Price:	€125 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
