Around the corner you will find many excellent restaurants and a great number of cafe's and bars. Both trendy and cosy. Close by is a pavilion located where breakfast is served from 8.00 AM. Supermarkets are also nearby. At a mere five minutes walking distance there are a number of world-famous museums, such as the Boijmans-van Beuningen, the NAI, the Chabotmuseum and the Kunsthal. The Erasmus Medical Center is at the other side of the street. The Nieuwe Binnenweg is one of the best shopping streets of Rotterdam and in the Witte de Withstraat you can find a lot of galleries and stylish shops.

				Low Season Price:	€145 per Day
				High Season Price:	€175 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
