This two-level furnished apartment features two bathrooms and three bedrooms; one double and two singles. The entrance, the living room, dining area and the fully equipped modern kitchen are situated on the first floor. The apartment has a south facing terrace with a view on some tennis courts.

Lots of restaurants, the Boymans van Beuningen Museum, de Kunsthal, the Dutch Institute for Architecture, the Erasmus Medical Center and de Lijnbaan are within 5 minutes walking distance. The Lijnbaan is the main shopping street of Rotterdam. Tram and Metrostop are around the corner.

				Low Season Price:	€150 per Day
				High Season Price:	€175 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
