It is fully furnished with all the desired comforts, equipped with dining table, sofas, armchair, cabinet, and other decorative details, TV, Satellite, DVD and stereo. It ‘s decorated in a modern functional style offering a dose of perfect privacy and tranquillity. There are 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and separate WC. The kitchen area has all modern applications. Close by you’ll find quiet exclusive residential Villa Park area known as ‘De Elzent’ where you can still see the imposing mansions built by industrialists who settled here in the of the 19th century.
