Vacation Rental Description
The houses have a big - for a part completely - enclosed garden with balcony. Children are welcome here as the sandpits and toys show. Bicycles and a cart are avaiable. Two parking licenses and garage available, too. All the bedrooms have tot and cold running water. Environmental-friendly facilities including a solar boiler for the hot water supply and solar collectors for the electricity supply. The houses have a central heating boiler. No domestic animals. The rental fee includes a quick internet-connection, a dune pass for het National Parks 'Noordhollands Duinreservaat' and 'de Kennemerduinen' and others for six people. Also much information on walking, cycling and other leisure activities in North-Holland. In the high season the houses can only rent by minimum two weeks. In the shoulder season can be rented by minimum one week. In the low season it is possible to rent it for a weekend, midweek or other agreed period. 
Egmond aan Zee ha a 12 miles long lovely beach- and dunescoast. 
It is a ideal place if you like sunbathing on the sandy beach or swimming in the see. Near the village you can do the most beautiful cycle tour of Holland: 'de brede duinenroute'. This tour with a length of 30 miles leads through the artistic village Bergen, over the dike 'de Hondsbossche Zeewering', Groet, Schoorl and Alkmaar. Alkmaar with his famous Cheese market on Friday and a lot of magnificent patrician houses on the canals in the centre.  
Egmond aan Zee lies 45 km from Amsterdam (about 40 minutes by car or by good public transport one hour). 
We sell the IAMsterdam Card for a visit of 24 hours (€. 33,--). With the card one can visit free of charge the numerous museums whitch participate the Card. Free public transport in Amsterdam and free carparking on a P&R.
