The apartment is next of our house. beautiful located in the countryside at the IJsselmeer dike very near Edam, an old "cheese’ town. There is a little beach, over the dike where you can sunbath or swim in the lake in the summer. You can take a basket over the dike and have breakfast or a picknick there.  
 
This is a very beautiful place for a honeymoon, a wedding anniversary, for writing, for reading a good book (books available too in different languages!), but if you like to be more active: there are lots of opportunities to explore the countryside by foot, bicycle or by car. It is a great place for bird watching and if you like horses you can watch the neighbour training his horses at sunset.  
We offer a lot of extra’s, all included in the rental, such as a laundry room, a sauna, an outdoor spa and free fast internet access
