Our 40 square metres apartment is located at the Overtoom, one of the most known and old avenues of Amsterdam, which runs along the Vondelpark, and straight into the Leidseplein, the "Times Square of Amsterdam". Oud-West is famous for its restaurants, design furniture and clothes stores, and also because of the Central Park of the city and vicinity to the Museums.The ride to Central Station takes 10 to 15 minutes with the tram 1, which stops by the door. The airport is also easily reachable by train.  
 
 
 
The place has an independent entrance (no shared facilities) and has been just renovated in "loft-style". It features design furniture, art and exclusive accesories.  
 
The loft has one large living-room area with flat television (with satellite tv and international channels), DVD, videorecorder and Playstation, sitting area and entertainment center (DVDs, books,CDs, etc). The built-in kitchen has all devices you can't miss even on vacation: fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine,etc.  
 
The apartment has also one luxe bathroom and one double bedroom with large cabinets and a two person murphy bed of 140 x 200 cms, with supercomfortable latex matress, facing a quiet tree garden. From the bedroom,big doors give access to the large private roofterrace, with sun all day long, where you can rest after an exhausting day in the city.  
 
The apartment has central heating and original beams along the whole surface, lots of character of a traditional Dutch building then. For that reason is, unfortunately, not suitable for the handicaped (3 stairs up, but wide and not steep).

The apartments is suitable for up to 2 people (we can also lodge one child, as we have a crib and an extra bed). We ask for a deposit as guarantee of proper use, which will be returned at the end of the rental period.  
 
 
 
There's a one time cleaning fee of 30 euros.

				High Season Price:	€110 per Day

Regarding the payment, we would need a deposit of 50 % to reserve the apartment for you. You, or your company, could make that effective via Pay pal or bank deposit to our bank account. Please notice PayPal does apply charges for money transfers (5 to 8 Euros, most of the times) which will be taken by the renter. The rest of the rent will be paid the day you enter the apartment. We will also ask for some deposit money as guarantee of the stuff in the house, which will be returned to you when you leave if nothing has been damaged. (That’s around 400 Euros);
