The contemporary studio has canal view, a roof terrace and wooden floors. The studio features flat screen TV, a dining table and a well-designed bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is a bedroom with a double bed on an entresol/mezzanine level. There are no kitchen facilities in this studio but a refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle are available.

The Prinsengracht (Prince's Canal) is the largest of the four main canals in the city centre of Amsterdam. The shopping street Leidsestraat, the Leidse square with its nightlife and "the nine little streets" are a 3 minute walk. The nine picturesque streets, connecting the canals, are filled with one-of-a-kind small shops, restaurants and galleries.

				Low Season Price:	€100 per Day
				High Season Price:	€130 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival.
