The studio, situated on the first floor, has large windows and combines a living and sleeping area. The studio apartment features an open fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for two persons, a comfortable sofa bed, a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate bathroom with a single shower, toilet and washing machine/dryer.

Internet is available via an utp cable Bed linen and towels are provided A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beer and tablets for the dishwasher.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, but in the city centre, in an area called Museumkwartier (Museum Quarter). Leidse square, the Museum square, Utrechtsestraat, the Heineken Brewery and the famous “Pijp” neighbourhood with many restaurants, bars, shops and the Albert Cuyp market are just around the corner.

				Low Season Price:	€80 per Day
				High Season Price:	€100 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival.
