This beautiful apartment is situated on a picturesque canal in the centre of Utrecht, on the second floor of a historical canal house. The entire apartment has a new wooden floor. The apartment features a large living room with a high wooden beam ceiling, flatscreen TV, CD/DVD player and access to a cozy balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a characteristic wooden beam roof and comes with a second TV. From the bedroom you have access to a secluded roof terrace with a table and chairs.
