The bright apartment (60 m2) is situated on the first floor and has high windows. The living room features cable TV, a Hifi set with DVD player and internet (via a cable). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom in the back of the apartment and the second bedroom in front both have a double bed. The bathroom comprises a single shower, toilet and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall way.

Bed linen and towels included. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beer and tablets for the dishwasher.

This short stay apartment is located within five minutes walking distance from the Leidse square, in the heart of Amsterdam. Or scroll down to the many restaurants on the Overtoom and in the charming neighbourhood the Jordaan. Also the famous museums Van Gogh, Stedelijk and Rijksmuseum, and the Vondelpark are within walking distance. A tram stop can be found in front of the apartment.

				Low Season Price:	€165 per Day
				High Season Price:	€200 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
