The studio apartment has a creative interior design and is of a high quality standard. The studio (55 m2) combines a living and sleeping area with a private bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is small but well equipped with coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. The studio features a comfortable king size double bed, large couch, widescreen television, DVD player, stereo and a dining table for two persons.

The Prinsengracht (Prince's Canal) is the longest of the main canals in the city centre of Amsterdam. The apartment is located in the charming neighbourhood the Jordaan, where you truly can experience the Amsterdam atmosphere and street life. In the Jordaan are many cafés, trendy restaurants and small boutique shops. The major places of interest, Anne Frank house, the Dam, the Noordermarkt farmer’s market on Saturday and Monday flea markets are only a couple of minutes walking distance. Tram stop is around the corner.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
