The modern and bright two-level apartment of 140 m2 is situated on the second floor. The first level comprises a living room with a flatscreen TV, DVD and hi-fi-stereoset and a fully equipped design kitchen. The dining table can seat six persons. The three bedrooms (one with a double kingsize bed and two with two single beds) are located on the next level with a separate toilet and bathroom with single shower and bath.

Linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher.

The apartment is located close to the Heineken brewery, the neighbourhood the Pijp and the Utrechtsestraat with many unique shops, cafés and restaurants. The Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Leidsesquare and PC Hooftstraat (shopping street), are all within walking distance. For daily supplies the Albert Cuyp market is open six days a week. Tram stop is just around the corner.

				Low Season Price:	€250 per Day
				High Season Price:	€295 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
