The bright apartment is situated on the third floor and has high windows and ceiling. The first level accommodates a hall way with separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with whirlpool and shower. The master bedroom with king size bed and cable TV is located on the same level.  
 
The second level of the apartment features the living room with sofa bed, a flatscreen TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining corner with a table and chairs for four persons.

Internet is available via an utp cable. Linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beer and tablets for the dishwasher.

The apartment is located in a quiet street but in the city centre. Leidsesquare, the Museumsquare, the Heineken Experience and the famous “Pijp” neighbourhood with many restaurants, traditional bars and trendy boutiques are just around the corner. The Amsterdam canals are within walking distance. Also nearby you’ll find the beautiful Reguliersgracht with its well-known seven bridges. A tram stop can be found just around the corner.

				Low Season Price:	€150 per Day
				High Season Price:	€175 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
