Central Studio is a modern studio with large windows and combines a living and sleeping area. All facilities are available: a fully equipped kitchen, cable television, DVD and Hifi. The bathroom has a single shower and a toilet. The building was constructed in 1634 and has the official status of national monument.

This Amsterdam apartment is located in the city centre, close to Central Station and the Dam square. Around the corner you will find the Royal Palace and museum the Nieuwe Kerk (the New Church). The famous Amsterdam canals are within walking distance, as are many little café’s, restaurants, boutique shops and the shopping malls Magna Plaza and The Bijenkorf. Tram stop and parking facilities are around the corner.

				Low Season Price:	€110 per Day
				High Season Price:	€130 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
