At the first level are the dining room, kitchen and living area located. The nicely designed spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, and a large kitchen stove. The living room is small but cosy and has a cable TV and DVD/Hi-fi set. 
 
The second floor features three bedrooms, a shower-room and an extra bathroom. One bedroom accommodates a double bed and the other two each a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. 
 
The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and is situated at the upper floor. The roof terrace with picnic table gives you an excellent view over the historical city center.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher.

This apartment is situated in a 17th century building, in the heart of the historical centre, at one of the four major Amsterdam canals. Within walking distance from Central Station, the Jordaan and Dam square. The apartment is also close to the famous Negen straatjes area. These nine picturesque streets, connecting the canals, are filled with one-of-a-kind small shops, tea rooms, restaurants and galleries.

				Low Season Price:	€295 per Day
				High Season Price:	€375 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
