The first two floors of this special apartment feature a living/dining area, a nicely designed kitchen, a study room and a master bedroom equipped with flatscreen TV. The third level can be best described as cosy. Here you will find two “traditional” box beds and a well-designed bathing area with box bath and separate shower.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher.

From the central apartment location you have easy access to the Jordaan and the Leidse square. The charming Jordaan quarter is known for its art galleries, boutique shops, little restaurants and cafés. The word ‘Jordaan’ comes from the French word ‘Jardin’ (garden), this explains the relative green character of this neighbourhood with its flower boxes, roof gardens and trees. The apartment is also located close to the 9-straatjes. The nine little streets cross the main Amsterdam canals and are fantastic for shopping, having great lunches and enjoying the typically Amsterdam café’s. Public transport is around the corner.

				Low Season Price:	€171 per Day
				High Season Price:	€295 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
