The contemporary split-level apartment is completely redecorated and refurbished. The apartment is situated at the ground floor and features a living room with a large couch, flatscreen TV and Hifi/DVD set, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four persons and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen size double bed and an en-suite shower, sink and toilet.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. Wireless internet is available. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher.

The Jordaan is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Amsterdam, known for its art galleries, boutique shops, little restaurants and cafés. The word ‘Jordaan’ comes from the French word ‘Jardin’ (garden), this explains the relative green character of this neighbourhood with its flower boxes, roof gardens and trees. Within a five minute walk you will reach Leidse Square and the Anne Frank house. Public transport is around the corner.

				Low Season Price:	€147 per Day
				High Season Price:	€245 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
