The tram stop is in front of the door. The main shopping areas, Vondelpark (the largest city park in Amsterdam) and the canal area are within 2 minutes' walking distance. Leidseplein is one of Amsterdam's popular squares with theatres, lots of cafes, restaurants and cinemas. The casino, the Lido theatre with live entertainment and music centres Paradiso and Melkweg are nearby.

				Low Season Price:	€275 per Day
				High Season Price:	€335 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
