This lovely apartment is located at the first floor, in a quiet side street of the Utrechtsestraat, in the heart of the Canal Belt. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped and the small but cosy living room features a sofa couch, flat screen TV and dining table. The bedroom with double bed has an ensuite roof terrace.

Linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher. A tram stop can be found just around the corner.

The Utrechtse straat is well-known for its authentic shops, café’s and restaurants. Rembrandtplein is only a 5 minutes walking distance. Around the corner of the apartment is the Reguliersgracht with its famous seven bridges.

				Low Season Price:	€94 per Day
				High Season Price:	€175 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
