The modern two-level apartment is situated on the second floor. It features a spacious living/dining area with sofa couch, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a roof terrace and a bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

In the apartment linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher. A tram stop can be found just around the corner.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street of the Utrechtse straat, a popular area with shops, bars and restaurants. Rembrandtplein is only a 5 minutes walking distance.

				Low Season Price:	€178 per Day
				High Season Price:	€295 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
