This recently refurbished studio is located on a picturesque quiet canal in downtown Amsterdam. 
 
The bright studio has all the modern comforts like flatscreen cable TV, wi-fi etc. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bedroom is situated on an entresol/mezzanine level. The sofa couch can also be turned into a double bed.

Bedlinen and towels are provided. Coffee and tea are provided. Fresh flowers will be on the table and some Heineken and soft drinks will be in the fridge.

Close to many sights of Amsterdam like the Rembrandthouse. Around the corner is the Nieuwmarkt, a square with a lot of cafés and restaurants.

				Low Season Price:	€84 per Day
				High Season Price:	€145 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
