This refurbished and well-appointed apartment features a living room with sofa couch, dining table, flatscreen TV, bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite shower and separate toilet.

In the apartment linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher.

The Prinsengracht is one of the main canals in the city centre of Amsterdam. All major attractions and sights of Amsterdam are within easy walking distance.

				Low Season Price:	€122 per Day
				High Season Price:	€225 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
