Easy Living apartment is an attractive apartment located at the Keizersgracht (Emperor's Canal), the second of the three major canals in the city centre of Amsterdam.

This modern apartment is divided over two levels and the interior is well-designed. The top floor accommodates two bedrooms with a double bed in one room and two singles in the other. The lower level features a living area with sofa couch and dining table for six people, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Apartment Rental Rates Low Season Price : €182 High Season Price : €299 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
