This bright 3-storey apartment is located around the corner of the Koninklijk Paleis – Royal Palace.

The interior is very well-designed with lots of daylight. There is a design kitchen with oven, cable television with DVD set, roof terrace with over-city view, bathroom with bath and two separate toilets. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each on a different floor. The living room has a sofa couch.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
