This modern apartment is located on the Brouwersgracht (Brouwers canal), close to the Jordaan and the Anne Frank House.

The bright apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping sofa in the living room and is fully equipped with cooking facilities, flat screen TV and DVD surround set. To reach the apartment you have to walk two stairs to the top floor of the historical building.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
