On the first floor there is a little hallway, separate toilet, the master bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet and balcony at the back. The bathroom with separate bath and shower is situated at the street side. The living, kitchen, and dining area can be found on the second floor. From the living room you can enter the roof terrace. The third floor features an extra bedroom with two single beds, separate toilet and study desk.

Low Season Price : €145
High Season Price : €245 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation.

Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival.

Cancellation:
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given:
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded.
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
