The villa is south facing and enjoys long hours of sunshine, situated less than 20 metres from the water
front, with beautiful sea views from all three bedrooms. It has recently been refurbished and is stylish, yet remaining in touch with the Venetian Gothic Heritage.

The ground floor is open plan with sitting area including double sofa bed, kitchen and dining areas.
1st Floor has a large master/ family bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed and shower room with wc.
2nd Floor has a twin bedroom, double bedroom and shower room with large shower, wc and washing machine.

A local lady can cook a meal for those with young children or wanting to have a relaxing meal on the terrace.

All along the sea front are small jetties for swimming and sunbathing and either end of Perast you
have long jetty type beaches one with beach bar and one with a boules area.

Perast is tranquil and picturesque and suits the more discerning traveller who is looking for something
special and provides a great base to discover the countries’ beauty.

It is essentially an old stone nautical town with a strong Venetian influence, located on the Kotor Bay
and surrounded by mountains covered with pine trees. The natural beauty is breathtaking with views
around the bay. The town is rich in history which can be uncovered in the local museum.
The two islands of St George and Our Lady of the Rock are close by and can be visited in one of
the small boats leaving from the square.

Perast has one hotel called the Hotel Conte, which is surrounded in the summer months by small bars
and restaurants.

Perast is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region-
Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, exploring the caves of
Spila above Perast, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.

Flights from England
From May to October Flybe and Thomson Fly offer cheap flights to Dubrovnik (Croatia). British airways offer flights all the year from Gatwick. Dubrovnik is about 11/2 drive depending on the season, high season can take a long time to get through the border.
Tivat airport in Montenegro is about 1/2 hour but until Ryan air starts operating has few flights which are very expensive.

Perast has little jetty like beaches which you can swim from all along the front and and additional swimming areas at each end of the village one with beach bar.
Most of the good beaches in the area are stone, the nearest sandy beaches are about an hours drive away.

Activities available in the area are water skiing, wakeboarding,bananas and rings from Orahovac beach or you can be collected from Perast ( July& August), Kayaking,diving, fishing, walking and hiking.

Hikers and Walkers the best time to visit the area is April to the end of June or September to end of October. The Bay of Kotor is a wonderful base for day trips as there are so many wonderful walks.

We can put you in touch with a guide if you want to go hiking or walking or perhaps .you would prefer details of walks you can do on your own.

The night life is good in Kotor old town with lots of cafe, restaurants and a discotheque.

The local bus service runs until quite late between Kotor and Risan.

The property is equipped for winter rentals with log burning stove and oil heaters and in the summer air conditioning.

We also have an extra water tank for when there are local water shortages.

Linen is provided and can be changed twice weekly if requested at an extra charge. Beach towels are not provided.

Cot hire is 40 Euros per stay.
High chair hire is 15 Euros per stay.

High Season Price : €1200 per Week

Prices are based on 6 people renting per week in Euros, additional guests are 75 Euros per week per guest.

Special rates
For couples occupying one room for a full week between 1st November and the end of April 400 Euros a week. ( This would be a sole occupancy.)

Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit payable on booking, the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is in Euro's via bank transfer. A refundable deposit of 300 euro's is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
A local tax of 80 cents per person a day needs paying within 24 hrs, our agent will advise you.
