This totally renovated and tastefully furnished house is located just 50m from the shore of the bay of Kotor. The property is privately accessed and comprises of a large outside tiled terrace area which leads to the entrance of a long hallway, 3 large bedrooms, (1 double and 2 twin), modern new bathroom and a fully fitted new kitchen and living/dining room. The living/dining area leads to a large balcony with spectacular views over the bay. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the second floor where there are a further two large double bedrooms, bathroom and 2 separate balconies. The views from the balconies at this vantage point can only be described as truly breathtaking!
