An Old Stone House in Orahovac fully renovated in July 2009 to Western standard. Orahovac is a picturesque fishing village in a UNESCO protected area between Perast (5 minutes away) and Kotor (15 minutes away).
Enter the house from a large front patio with table and chairs for six people along with sun loungers. You enter the lounge from the front patio through french doors. The living room has modern designer furniture and exposed old stone walls. This leads to a seperate modernerised fully fitted kitchen. Downstairs toilet.
Climb the stairs to the first floor area on your right are double french doors leading on to a private , secluded back terrace with fantastic mountain views. This floor has a bedroom en suite with twin beds, exposed stone walls, air condidtioning, modern hand painted furniture and excellent views from both bedroom windows.
Take the stairs to the second floor double bedroom en suite with large double bed, exposed stone walls, hand painted furniture, seating area and once again fantastic views.
The house consist of
*Large front patio with excellent views of both the sea and mountains. Patio table , six chairs, sun lounges, parasol.
*Lounge/dining room with exposed original stone walls, with comfortable sofa, glass coffee table, designer furniture, cable TV
*New fully fitted Kitchen, with built in hob, oven, washing machine, kettle, iron, ironing board, large fridge/freezer.
* Downstairs toilet
*First floor en suite bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, modern unusual painted furniture, with beautiful sea veiws from both windows
* French doors on to first floor terrace with great views of the mountains
* Second floor en suite bedroom with double bed, with seating area, modern unusual furniture, fantastic sea and mountain view from window.

Beach, Boating, Fishing, Restaurant, Sailing, Shopping

The local pebble beach is a three minute walk from the house. This is recognised to be the cleanest beach in the area. There are two beautiful beach bars which are open in season mid June to mid September, offering a selection of local dishes fresh grilled whole fish, calamaries, salads, pizzas amoung other selections. Beach bars have sun lounges, parasols available at 2 euros per day.
The well known local rustic resturant 'KUM' (pronounced Koom), recognised to offer the best local grilled meat in the area. Hotel Amforia also offer a selection of meals, has a beach bar, sun loungers, parasols.

Travel
Flights to Dubrovnik (Croatia) Dubrovnik airport is approximately one and a quarter hours drive away from house. From Gatwick BA, Easy Jet, Luton, Manchester Thompson. East Midland Airport BMI Baby. Birmingham Fly Be. Leeds/Bradford Jet 2 Go.
Flights to Tivat approx. 20 mins from house . Montenegro Airlines from Gatwick Sun, Wed, Friday.

House is fully cleaned before arrival, with fresh white linen sheets, towels and beach towels provided. If staying for a two week period the house is cleaned after the first week ,linen and towels changed.

A refundable deposit of £100 paid upon arrival to our agent to cover any damages. This will be refunded upon return of keys.
