Only 5 meters from the sea,this 200 year old renovated old captains house is in the perfect location.My family and I only went to montenegro on holidays,but we fell in love with the area and purchased this,our dream holiday home.The great thing about the area is that both adults and children love the lifestyle.We can guarentee that you will love the place and we hope you love our home.You can swim in the sea directly in front of our property,and it is very family friendly.You have a local shop and bakery only 3 mins walk away.Great for those early morning crossaints.There is a fantastic restaurant 1 min walk from our property.There is a sailing club only mins away.It is a beautiful 10 min walk along the promenade and the glistening adriatic sea up to the fantastic old town.If this long walk is too stressfull in the beautiful weather,then stop at the many restaurants and cafes.In front of the main gate into the amazing old town,you have a really beautiful marina,with some fantastic yachts for chartering.There are very many boat trips in the summer months.In the old town itself you have a feast of historic architecture.But along side this there is a vibrant cafe culture.The old town is pedestrianised and great for those evening family meals.Although you can swim at the property,there is a selection of really good beaches approx 10 15 mins drive away.
