Vacation Rental Description
Villa Popovic is situated in the beautiful, unspoilt fishing village of Orahovac in Montenegro. Behind the villa is a majestic granite mountain and to the front, the cool, clear waters of Boka Kotorska ripple gently across to the bay to the mountains beyond. Our apartment is on the first floor accessed by one flight of stairs. The apartment has a bright open plan living/dining area, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine. It also has two south facing balconies which enjoy all day sunshine. These provide the perfect spot to sunbathe or simply relax and enjoy the stunning views across the Bay.

A short three minute walk takes you the gently sloping, white pebbled beach of the Bay - ideal for family swimming. There is a small hotel on the edge of the beach and a seasonal Beach Bar further along. On really hot days the trees lining the beach provide a welcome place to shade.

There are two small shops close by the apartment providing most basic needs and a small cafe serving tasty local dishes. Fresh local produce can be purchased from the market outside the ramparts of the medieval walled town of Kotor - 15mins drive from the apartment. Other places of interest within easy driving distance of the apartment are the towns of Perast, Tivat, and Budva. For that special meal a visit to the Stari Mlini Restaurant is highly recommended.

A 90min scenic drives brings you to the apartment from Dubrovnik Airport and from Tivat Airport the journey takes 30mins.

    • The apartment has excellent air conditioning unit which doubles as a heater in the colder months. The bathroom has wc, shower, washbasin, automatic washing machine and hot water boiler. The kitchen is fully equiped with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. It has a hob oven, extractor fan, and integrated fridge. The open plan living/dining area is bright and airy with double doors opening onto a furnished balcony. The sofa converts to a comfortable double bed. There is a table and chairs for six people. The apartment has cable TV and a DVD player. Towels and linen are included and will be changed weekly when the apartment is cleaned. The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and is accessed by one flighr of stairs. The parking area is to the front of the villa.

    • The beach is a short 5 min walk from the apartment. There are facilities for a wide range of water sports a little way down the beach.
