These new apartment are only 15m from the sea with panoramic views over the fjord, mountains and the old town of Kotor. They benefit from a shared pool and private parking with gated entrance. The area has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has many historical and natural treasures. Muo makes for the best base from which to explore them all or simply take in the local culture. There are many excellent restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate area. The bay makes for ideal swimming with small beaches dotted along the shoreline. Outside: There is a shared swimming pool with large bathing area overlooking the fjord, mountains and Kotor old town. There are beautiful landscaped gardens leading to the pool from the apartment. The pool area has separate showers for cooling off. The private parking space is provided behind security gates.

Coast/Beach: 
 
30 seconds to the waterfront and little harbour. During summer months a small beach bar opens, this is 2 mins walk from the apartment. The large tourist beaches can be found within 15-30mins drive from Muo, heading towards the  
areas such as Budva/Tivat/Lusticia. 
 
Further details: 
 
Muo is a beautiful fishing village that runs along the fjord on a small narrow road looking out onto the water. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants in the village with a lot of friendly faces around every corner. Well worth the drive if you want to venture beyond Kotor is the magnificent Adriatic coastline starting from the Lustica Peninsula to Budva and beyond to Sveti Stefan. Also Skadar Lake, the Lovcen National park, the historic capital of Cetinje and mountains aplenty where the worlds second largest canyon, Tara Canyon resides (White Water rafting is recommended here) and is well worth the picturesque drive.

• Travel Info: Dubrovnik airport 1 hour drive (40 miles). Tivat airport 20 mins drive (16 miles through mountain tunnel). Ferry crossing from Bari in Italy to Bar in Southern Montenegro. Car hire is recommended.
