Kotor Bay is the largest Fjord outside Scandinavia with swimming or fishing or boating access all along its miles of waterfront - including right out side the lovely ACACIA apartment. The view from ACACIA are simply magical.
Nowhere in Montenegro is more than a two hour drive and comfortably within an hour takes you to the almost anywhere you might choose to sample. Kotor Old Town is perfection - within ten minutes walk ! Sveti Stefan is a world-renowned tourist resort for the rich and famous celebrities who realise that their secret destination is now being found by others. Perast is a totally unspoilt haven of charm and peace, steeped in history and tradition. The old capital of Cetinje offers faded splendour and charm. Budva and Becice provide the bright lights and brash venues - but even there, the old walled town, right on the beach, reminds the visitor of the ancient roots of this proud nation.

Montenegro is across the Adriatic from the calf of Italy's leg. It is immediately south of Croatia, and has 200 miles of coastline. The currency is EURO.
In the peak months, Montenegro can get really hot, but it is not oppressive and there is always the opportunity to dip into the deep waters of Kotor Bay or swim off countless beaches along the Adriatic. April and September match the best UK Summer.
The buildings are wonderful and so natural. The scenery is World Class. Virtually anywhere, you will be within a stone's throw of the water and a similar stretch to the base of awe-inspiring mountains. It really is like nowhere else on this Planet.
