The 14.25 m2 highly secure 1st floor private garden and terrace is popular with guests for relaxing in the Riviera sunshine, and it is especially attractive for those guests travelling with children. The apartment and garden is actually on the first floor, (not the ground floor) and is not accessible to the public nor other guests so security is maintained.
Guests also often enjoy the fabulous roof garden on the top of the building with it's panoramic views of the Med.The apartment has the look of a nice spacious hotel room with an en suite bathroom and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area for four. Decor is bright and contemporary, with tiled floors throughout and neutral tones and dark-wood furnishings. There is a laundry room conveniently located on the premises. It also has a garage with private parking space.

The Boulevard des Moulins in Monaco is mere steps away from this apartment, and getting around the Principality is easy as there is a very efficient, regular bus service. You are within 10 minutes walk to the delights of Monte Carlo-Grimaldi Forum, casino, beach, shopping, clubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, harbour etc.

Beausoleil adjoins the Principality of Monaco and it was formerly known as Monte-Carlo-Supérieur (Upper Monte Carlo). Car not neceasaary as you are close to everything in Monte Carlo.
The main part of the town consists of handsome Belle Époque houses with ornate entrances, and it can be difficult to determine where Monaco starts or Beausoleil ends as the border meanders across streets and footpaths.
You can also use the apartment as a base to ski the French/Italian Alps; visit the local vineyards; discover the delights of the Cote D'Azur - Cannes, St Tropez, Nice, Eze, La Turbie, or tour nearby Northern Italy. Nearby Ventimiglia is a popular destination during the summer for tourists spending their vacation along the French Riviera. The Friday street market, which takes place along the seafront of the new town is a must!
