Villa Phantasia is a fantastic five star, private holiday villa. It is fully air conditioned and equipped with all the facilities one could hope for. Having a large private pool with jacuzzi, large deck area with barbecue, and outdoor showers. Plenty of deckchairs for sunbathing, and an area where you may also dine in the shade. Outdoor Finnish sauna seating six, a five hole crazy golf course, a children's play area with swings, slide, seesaw, etc, a huge games room with a full size snooker table, pool table, table soccer, air hockey table, darts, table tennis, gym and shower. In the villa there also is a PC with internet access, cable TV's with all sports channels, library, DVD with a selection of films, fish pond, avary with singing canaries and much more.
A car is also complimentary, or one can exchange the car for a people carrier for an extra charge.
The villa is situated in an elite quiet area, however is only a five minute drive to Malta's prime enterntainment area in Paceville.
Supermarkets, and shops are a few minutes walk away. The villa is also suitable for the infirm.

Villa Phantasia is a private five star holiday villa with fantastic amenities and facilities. The villa is totally airconditioned, and has a large swimming pool with jacuzzi with a huge deck area with ample space for either sunbathing, or dining in the shade, barbecue, a six person outdoor Finnish Sauna, a five hole crazy golf course, children's play area with swings, slide, seesaw, etc, a huge games room with a full size snooker table, air hockey table, pool table, table tennis, table soccer, darts, and a small gym complete with showers.
Complimenting this property is also a nice fish pond, avary with singing canaries, P.C. with 24 hour internet, a complimentary car, and a 24 hour support service.

Low Season Price : €1500 High Season Price : €1950 per Week
Confirmed reservation will only be valid upon receiving payment. Payment can be effected by credit card, cheque, or money transfer in Maltese Liri or Euros. All credit card payments carry a 5% charge added to the total amount payable. Any changes in the number of persons booked may be subject to extra charges. Cancellations and refunds. Cancellation of bookings prior to eight weeks before arrival date will lose the deposit. When cancellation is made up to four weeks prior to arrival date the deposit and half of the remaining balance is lost, whilst if a cancellation occurs in the last four weeks prior to arrival date, the total amount is lost. Travel insurance is recommended. Guests must agree to smoke only in the sunroom and outside. Check in at the villa is 17.00 hrs. Check out is 10.00.
