This aparment is located in the main tourist village of St.Julians. It is situated in a residential quiet area about 5 minutes walk from Spinola Bay, which is the square of the village and a picturesque bay boasting some of the most popular restaurants of the island. Here you can also find a seafront promenade (with stairs leading to the rocks and a clean clear sea) which goes all the way to Sliema.

About 10 minutes from here one can find the nightlife capital of Malta, and one of the best nightlife spots in Europe, Paceville. This is a nightlife mecca, fully of bars, clubs, restaurants, and is buzzing with people everyday especially in the Summer months. A large percentage of the bars have good offers on drinks and do not charge an entrance fee.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (large main bedroom is air-conditioned, fans provided for other rooms), main has double bed, spare 2 single beds which can be joined, spare has double sofa bed. Therefore it can easily fit 6 persons. There is a separate kitchen, a modern bathroom with bath (and heater), a generous living area complete with Flat screen 29” TV, free Cable TV (stations in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German). Wireless Internet is available. There is a separate dining area with space for 6 persons, which leads to a front yard and outdoor space which can be enjoyed in the mornings or evenings. (At night silence is required as this is a residential area).

Cooking equipment, cutlery, sheets, blankets in Winter are all provided and included in the price. Apartment is given in a clean state, and is expected to be given back in a clean state.

Malta is a small island in the middle of the Meditterenean Sea, therefore, some of the best activities are Water Related. It is one of the top-diving sites due to crystal clear seas, and the sea can be enjoyed for most of the year. The nightlife is another attraction of the islands, and Paceville (part of St.Julians) offers a large variety of bars, clubs and streetlife. St.Julians provides plenty of lovely restaurants and bars overlooking the idyllic Spinola Bay. A 5-km seafront promenade leads to busy shopping haven Sliema, but one can also shop at Bay Street, close to sandy St.Georges Bay in St.Julians.

For those willing to party, Paceville is a 15-minute walk away, and it is one of the best party locations in whole europe! Bus stops are located close to the apartment, from this base, you can easily visit all the attractions of the island, or catch a ferry to idyllic Gozo or the paradise of Blue Lagoon in Comino!
