Modern spacious apartment. Fully air conditioned. Use of own roof space. Serviced by lift. Telephone, Cable TV, DVD and balcony. Situated in a quiet residential complex next to a small park with children’s play area. Various shops within 100m. 
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed. 
Bedroom 2 with twin beds. 
Bedroom 3 with single bed. 
All the bedrooms have separate wardrobes, air conditioning and drawer space. Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with WC, bath and basin. 
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, WC and basin.  
Kitchen: Kitchen includes, fan oven, hob, fridge/freezer, extractor, microwave, toaster, iron and board.  
Utility Room: Separate roof top washroom has washing machine and drying area. 
Living Rooms: Open plan living/kitchen area. 3 and 2 seat sofas, cable TV, phone, DVD, dining table and 6 chairs. Fully air conditioned and small balcony. linen/maid service: All towels and bedlinen are provided with the exception of beach towels. Cleaning takes place as and when required. 
 
The apartment is fully air conditioned. The system also provides heating for very occasional use. The apartment is child friendly with a small playground situated just 50m away. 
Coast/Beach 
There is a small beach within 10 mins walk from the apartment. Other main beaches are reachable by local bus or 20 mins drive. 
Travel 
The main airport at Luqa is only 20 mins drive. The car ferry to Gozo is about 30 mins drive.

The main city of Valletta is 6 miles, Sliema 3 miles,

    golden bay (in the day time) Modern Comfortable Apartment in a Quiet Residential Area - Yet only 10 min walk from busy nightlife

    We have offered our lovely apartment close to St.Julian's Bay as holiday accommodation for nearly 4 years now. The property is in a very location with some really good local shops right nearby. Also there is a small childrens park right opposite the complex. So the aparment is ideal for families with children of all ages. The apartment is well equipped and furnished and has air conditioning in all rooms. Anna our friend and caretaker lives very nearby and is always on hand to answer any questions. Adrian our friendly taxi driver will collect you at the airport in Malta and take you to the apartment and let you in and show you around. Just ask and we will arrange your transfer. We have welcomed guests from all around the world and have very positive feedback and repeat bookings. Must do!!
    Watch the sunset at Golden Bay. It's just fantastic. Malta is such a fasinating island with a beautiful climate and a wealth of history. Try the local bus service its cheap and great fun!
