Our apartment is the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy some breathtaking views and the beautiful sandy beach, located two minutes walk away. Our two bedroom apartment offers guests all the comfort needed to make their holiday a perfect one!.It is superbly located a makes an ideal family holiday home!!The apartment is just a couple of minutes away from the local bus stop, making it easily accessible for both travel to/from the airport as well as villages and places throughout the island.  
 
The whole apartment is suffused with natural light from large, west-facing windows and doors. The renovated and redesigned apartment consists of an open plan living room with sofabed, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a double bedroom, two singles bedroom and a bathroom with shower . Carefully selected furnishings create a space that is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and practical.  
 
Supplied with automatic washing machine and is fully airconditioned, price also includes towels and bed linen & welcome pack.

The sleek modern design of the open kitchen provides all amenities to prepare a good meal.Among the amenities you will find a 4 burner stovetop, oven and refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle,coffee machine and all the tools you need to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to dinners.The living area features a full size sofa bed which accommodates up to five adults. Cable TV with international channel selections and a radio/CD player. You will also find a well-stocked selection of books and maps about Malta. The bright and airy bedrooms have sound, brand new mattresses ensuring you get a good night’s sleep during your stay. Quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your convenience. A portable barbecue is also available for our guests to barbeque on the beach and do like the locals do.Double-glazed windows and doors provide excellent noise insulation.

GREAT BEACH 2 MINUTES FROM THE APARTMENT-Mellieha Bay is predominantly family-holiday turf. At the beach across the road is Adira Sailing Centre & Lido, which offers sailing and windsurfing as well as an appealing cafe-bar. Down the road is the Rui Seabank Hotel, complete with small 10-pin bowling alley in its grounds.

Mellieha, sits on top of a hill, overlooking the 'tail end' of Malta. An attractive hilltop village with a central street winding downhill. It is also surrounded by fertile valleys and most spots provide good panoramas of the countryside, the Bay (which has the longest beach in Malta) and northwards towards Comino and Gozo.Recent developments, together with one of the best villa estates in Malta, have made the town popular with Maltese and visitors alike. One can also find some good restaurants & many water sports.

				Low Season Price:	€350 per Week
				High Season Price:	€750 per Week

Refundable breakages deposit of 150 Euro required on arrival, to be refunded within one week of your departure or on departure day, if possible. (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee to be paid as a confirmation deposit and remaining balance to be paid in cash on arrival. We can accept payments by bank draft in Euro or £ Sterling, or by SWIFT bank transfer. We do not accept any responsibility for items left behind. If items are found, where feasible the items may be posted to you at your cost.
