This impressive one bedroom house is newly renovated by a renowned designer to provide a luxurious and romantic holiday accommodation. First floor includes: Hall, family bedroom with a double bed having an ensuite bathroom (corner bath, double sink. W.C.). Study area with desk and sofa bed. Laundry room at the back yard including washing machine and tumble dryer. Second floor fully equipped modern kitchen with brand new appliances, breakfast and dining area, Shower room (full size shower, sink and W.C). On Double Decker T.V. Lounge with double sofa bed. A small internal yard on second floor. Rooms are all fully air-conditioned. One storey Maltese style staircase, no disabled access.

    • The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the house will contain most of the basics you will need to get started... so you do not need to go searching for coffee, salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, washing powder, detergent, toilet paper, etc. as soon as you get here. We invite you to use whatever you need and then replace the items when you do go shopping.

    • Mdina and Rabat are full of historical places to visit and is in easy reach of cafés with breath taking country views, wine bars, fine dining restaurants, shops, discotheque, and children’s playing field, pharmacies, health care centre and commercial banks. An open market is held every week in the heart of Rabat. It is also two minutes walk from the inexpensive public bus transport which has a main bus route to the Capital City Valletta and onto all the other parts of the island. Very close by one can also find the Malta crafts village (Ta’ Qali) which can be reached by bus on the way to Valletta. At the crafts Village glass blowers and filigree workers demonstrate to visitors their skilled craftsmanship. The Malta national stadium complete with health and fitness centre/indoor pool, cafeteria and restaurant and Malta’s national park are only five minutes away by car. Moreover in Ta’ Qali, lies the Malta’s Fair and Conventions Centre (MFCC) which hosts Malta’s fairs all year round.

    The history of Mdina traces back more then 4,000 years. An extraordinary in its mix of medieval and baroque architecture.

    Lamp lit by night Mdina is fascinating to visit for its timeless atmosphere as well as its cultural and religious treasures. Mdina and Rabat are full of historical places to visit and is in easy reach of cafés with breath taking country views, wine bars, fine dining restaurants, shops, discotheque, and children’s playing field, pharmacies, health care centre and commercial banks (A.T.M ect.).
    Today Rabat is a bustling town with its own attractions. Historically, Rabat is inextricably linked to the Roman period with the Domvs Romana being an excellent example of the Roman lifestyle.It is the only and most important suburb of Mdina. It is separated only because it is not within the old city walls. Nonetheless, it can boast some relics of the first order.

    There are also two sets of catacombs open to public, St. Paul's and St. Agatha's.

    The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A 50% non refundable deposit of the weekly rental rate is required at the time of your booking. Full payment is due eight weeks prior to you commencing your holiday. Water and electricity bills are included in the rental rates up to € 100 (Euro) per week. Low cost telephone with pre-paid cards. Payments can easily be made by bank transfer in Sterling pound. For weekend rentals full payment is required with your confirmed booking and no refunds will be made for canceled bookings so we recommend travel insurance policy.

    Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful place in Malta. I would highly recommend this for couples and people who want to be central on the island, while easily being able to access public transport or for hire car use with loads of parking.

    I'm sure you will find a steady stream of people returning to stay again, as your accommodation is first rate.
