Spectacular scenery of the sea and the promenade all lit by night. The Villa offers a spacious and warm layout with a bright , airy kitchen overlooking pool area, a charming surrounding roof terrace enjoying spectacular sea views and entertaining BBA area.A Kitchenette also available. Rooms are air-conditioned, ceiling fans also installed. Cable/TV internet access also included. Parking no problem.

Wheelchair inaccessible but suitable for elderly or infirm, children welcome, non smoking only

Notes: Children under 12 are not to use certain games in the games room. For child safety. pool is only accessible from kitchen area only. Unlimited parking in front of Villa. A kitchenette is situated at roof terrace. Pool season from April-October the property should be left tidy and clean after departure.

Strictly no smoking 35% deposit of rental fee to secure booking and the final amount in cash upon arrival at property. Check in @ 3PM / Check out @ 9AM.
