Vacation Rental Description
This fully furnished lovely and spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) is situated in the quiet and charming village of Xaghra, Gozo. It is within easy walking distance of superrmarkets, bank, pharmacy and the village square where there are several cafes and restaurants and a bus stop. It overlooks a valley and there is a lovely terrace from the lounge onto this valley. The kitchen also overlooks this view. One can see the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea in the distance. There is a hall with a window looking onto green fields and the two front bedrooms (one has a balcony, the other a window) overlooking a quiet street with quaint old converted farmhouses across the road. The main double bedroom has an ensuite. There are two other twin bedrooms and a large bathroom. The dining room and lounge are combined and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and microwave as well as oven to table Royal Doulton dinner/tea/coffee set. The apartment has been furnished with love and care. This is a home, not just a rental appartment. The furniture is antique Maltese pine or made to order by a capable Gozitan carpenter, as are the solid pine doors. There are ceiling fans/dimmers in every room. There is absolutely everything you might need.. cable T.V., brand new washing machine, microwave. sheeets, towels, ceiling fans heaters etc etc. all you need to bring is your toothbrush :) Please write to elephants23@yahoo.co.uk More photos available on request
Facilities
The apartment overlooks a quiet greeen valley. One can even see the sea from the terrace. The sun sets right across the valley. Although it is quiet, there is everything within easy walking distance and the village square is just up the road when on certain days you will find vegetable hawkers and fishmongers. A supermarket is a few minutes away as are several restaurants, a hotel with a pool, a bank etc etc

Xaghra is a charming and quiet village in Gozo. The apartment is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area on a ridge with a terrace overlooking a beautiful green valley and the blue Mediterranean sea in the distance. There is a supermarket just a few minutes away on foot and the village square is less than ten minutes away. Everything is available in the village and it is only about ten minutes away by car from Rabat the capital and from Mgarr the harbour. Travel Options

Ideally I prefer a long let (one year). In this case the rent is only Euro350 per month, plus E50 per person per mongh for water and electricity. If apartment is to be let for a shorter period various rates apply. Sunny home regretfully for let
This is a beautifully furnished home in the charming and quiet town of Xaghra Gozo with wonderful views and carefully chosen furniture and soft furnishings. All you need to bring with you is your toothbrush :)! There are three bedrooms, the double bedroom with an ensuite, two balconies, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, cable T.V.. washing machine, heaters, ceiling fans and insect screens. Best quality linen and towels as well as duvets. very good furniture and china.. Easy walking distance of supermarket, village square, bank, restaurants and cafes.
