This is a newly built villa, on one floor level, having entrance into a hall which leads to a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room all over looking the pool area and enjoying unobstructed country views.Villa is heated by a wood burning typical stone fire place for those cold winter nights Pool has a large sunny deck area with sunbeds there is also a barbeque area with outside dining facilities. Garden also boasts a unique cave which can either be used for dining or having an afternoon siesta away from the sun in a cool environment. 
Property is located in the outskirts of the village and in a dead end street. It enjoys peaceful relaxing views of Lunziata Valley, Gozo's only evergreen valley. Property is only ten minutes walk away from the Capital Centre, where one finds bars, restaurants band clubs, Banks, Shopping Complexes, Museums, Churches and the Citadel. Grocer, baker, butcher, vegetable market and a large supermarket are also located at walking distance from property.  
Popular beaches including Xlendi, Marsalforn, Hondoq ir-rummien, Ramla, San Blas and Dahlet Qorrot are just a fifteen minute drive from the villa.
