Tat-Tina is an original farmhouse which was converted into a luxury villa with a private swimming pool. It is the largest farmhouse in the complex. Tat-Tina boasts original features such as a typical internal courtyard and vaulted ceilings. However, the highlight of this property is by far the mature garden which encompasses the pool and barbeque area.  
 
The farmhouse has 4 bedrooms (so it can comfortably accommodate up to 9 persons), all with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living area. Not to mention the internal courtyard and the barbeque area which are ideal for private al fresco dining or can also be used as open spaces for the children to play in.  
 
Tat-Tina farmhouse form part of “Birbuba Holiday Complex” which is a small cluster of 3 villas and 4 holiday apartments. The properties are quaint and authentic giving guests the opportunity to savour the true Mediterranean lifestyle. They get their name (Birbuba) from the name of the area in which they are situated. Birbuba is located on the limits of the tranquil village of Gharb. When leaving the complex guests find themselves on the doorstep to Gozo’s beautiful countryside; a panoramic walk lies only round the corner. Various basic amenities are all available at walking distance from the complex, namely a bakery, pharmacy and restaurants.

Even though the properties have private swimming pools, some might like to make the most of the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea around Gozo. Gozo’s best beaches are the rocky beach in Dwejra and the sandy beaches in Marsalforn and Ramla il-Hamra.

Conditions and Notes for Bookings:- 1. Rates are quoted in Euros (€) including VAT and per property per night (NOT per person) 2. Minimum rental is of 3 nights. Rentals of less then 6 nights can only be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival. 3. To confirm a booking a deposit of 50% of the whole let is to be effected. This will be deducted from the final bill but is NOT REFUNDABLE in any event. The balance should reach us at least 3 days before the start of your rental. 4. Check in is at 1200 noon of the 1st day of booking; check-out is at 1100 hrs of the last day of booking. There might be occasions where check-out could be extended by a few hours but this only depends on the booking situation and can only be arranged on the spot on departure 5. There is a 2.5% credit card fee to be added to the published rates.
