Vacation Rental Description
This property offers both a swimming pool/ garden area with a large stone barbecue, as well as a sun terrace and charming internal courtyard. Fans are available in each bedroom although rooms are naturally cool due to metre thick walls and high ceilings. Ta' Xmun Farmhouse is ideally laid out for family groups, large or small. This larger than average property also offers ample secret seating areas where one can escape to read or draw in its charming surroundings. As the owners use this farmhouse as their own holiday residence and they have therefore ensured that it lacks for nothing - truly a home away from home. Please note this is a centrally located property therefore there is a certain amount of village activity such as neighbours going in and out, dogs, cats, birds and poultry etc.
Facilities
The old hilltop town of Zebbug, Gozo, is located in the northern part of the island. It is set on a pennisular ridge with agricultural land and valleys on either side and the sea at the northern edge. The area has magificant views of surrounding landscape right up to the capital city of Victoria. The capital city has plenty of well stocked supermarkets and also boosts a daily outdoor market. The town of Zebbug is situated close to seaside village of Marsalforn, which is ideal for evening dinning and after dinner strolls by the sea.

The normal rate in high season is Euros200 is charged for the farmhouse PER NIGHT. This basic rate includes the first 4 persons. Additional persons are charged at Euros20 per adult per night. Children under 12 are charged at Euros14 per night when the group is over 4 persons. Infants up to 3 years free of charge if the group is over 4 persons. Minimum stay is 7 nights. 25 percent deposit is required to secure a booking. Check-in is normally from 15:00hrs and check out on the date of departure is at 12:00hrs. SPECIAL OFFERS Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance. This may flucuate according to exchange rates.
