Vacation Rental Description
La Casa Trasparente is an elegant home well taken care of, that offers a few touristic apartments and a bedroom with a loft for the B&B.
The host, Piero and Maria Luisa, with their 3 daughters, have travelled extensively and have had the chance to see the customs and habits of other countries. So, once they chose to start this touristic activity, and to share their own home with others, they have managed to organize the environment to make their guests feel comfortable, regardless of where they are coming from. Guests frequently say: "we felt like.. we were at our home!”
In La Casa Trasparente, the style and taste of the apartments, as well as of the B&B, are the same that characterize the main home of Piero and Maria Luisa: antique furniture in a modern context and technically up to date. Attention is given to the kitchens (all have all facilities including the dish washer), and the bathrooms are all very spacious and easy to be cleaned. The bedrooms and the living areas are all luminous and very welcoming.
The garden is more than 8000 sq. mts. The environment is very pleasant for adults as well as for kids. They will both find in it space for their own interests. A fragranced strawberry grape tree decorates the south side of the house and provides shade in the summer.
The terraces along the garden are furnished for eating in the open and for taking sun. A swimming pool with 1.20 mt depth is available to refresh the elder and the young.
La casa Trasparente is fun for the kids. The nice swimming pool, of depth 1.20 mts, is a constant attraction. But even the garden with its own two ponds, are a daily attraction for games and for examinations: red fish to look at, a tortoise to search for, the frogs to see jumping and dragon fly to run after. Two nice swings are attractive for all. For the more demanding, Gardaland is in the province of Verona, only 60 minutes by car and 50 minutes by train. It is the largest theme park in all of Italy.
The area surrounding La Casa Trasparente is ideal for pleasant walks.
2000 hectares have been earmarked for preservation in front of the house. Horse riding, golf, hang gliding, cycling, trail running and bird watching are popular pastimes here.
It is enriched by history and evidence of a hardworking agricultural community. Many elves (locally called “Salbanelli”) are rumored to reside in the forests surrounding this area! The nearby lake of Fimon, is a little mirror of water surrounded by soft hills. This lake was painted in the fresco of Tiepolo and featured in many fairytales of witches and magicians. The lake is an attraction for all those who like flora and fauna, and the solitude of lakes and streams.
